Nia Move: Pelvic Circles
Daily practice: Stand with your feet about shoulder width apart, circle your hips in a fluid motion. Notice the motion of the balls of your hip joint moving in the sockets. Circle in both directions. Practicing Pelvic Circles strengthens your abdominals, back and core so that your locomotion feels free and dynamic.
